This project is the construction of a traditional Japanese kimono  in the midst of the 2020 Covid19 quarantine. Created from old white sheets from my house and dyed with natural dyes._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ It began with the intention of understanding my space and the relationships of my family through the absence or presence of light and color. The dining room is the column that supports the entire house and is the space where all the colors mix and coexist in a combination of light and shadow. This was reflected in a map of my house, which traces an emotional route understood through conventions, which materialize in the kimono in shibori ties. The kimono is about my house and my house, a dedication to my house and my family in times of confinement.
